The PHV (Precision High Volume) clamp for test fixture
is a rugged solution to high volume production requirements. The design incorporates an outer aluminum assembly housing and an inner PVC vacuum chamber. This inner chamber may me aligned using alignment posts and guides.
The outer aluminum frame has a brushed, clear anodized aluminum finish.
Gas springs, handles, hinges and top cover are completely assembled for ease of installation. The PHV is available with 2 height PVC vacuum chambers for bottom access or both top and bottom access. The polycarbonate cover is anti-static.
